Location: Onsite in Reno, NV 89434

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Pay Range: $110,000 - $230,000 annually, DOE

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Sparks, NV. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining a strong client base, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and process-related sales, and coordinating field labor to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate is highly committed, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on environment where involvement in both day-to-day operations and broader business objectives is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single-source responsibility to the customer, managing all project management functions to promote and finalize sales.
  • Successfully manage contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution, coordinating field labor and installation sequencing.
  • Understand and manage financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, budget projections, and cost control.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers, including leadership of client meetings and development of contracts.
  • Coordinate internal team efforts across various departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, attending project management and construction meetings.
  • Utilize internal resources to meet customer requirements and mentor staff to support department growth.

Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to over $25 million.
  • Ability to work independently and facilitate goals as outlined by supervisors.
  • Strong integrity and demonstrated ability to develop new business.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business systems software is preferred.
